The information below supersedes any and all other pages that describe the terms and conditions of the suite events.

If any announced guest should cancel, they will be replaced with a Yankee legend of our choice.

We will guarantee at least 3 appearances by Yankee legends. Each Legend is guaranteed to stay at least 3-6 innings.

If a game is rained out before it starts, the Yankee Legends appearances will be rescheduled during the make-up game. If a game is rained out while the game is in progress and the Yankees Legends are present, they will not reappear during the make-up game. The future make up date will be provided by the Yankees. Make up date will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram page. No refunds or exchanges.

All tickets are electronic. Please download the Ballpark App (or Ticketmaster) on your cell phone.
Please use the same email address for your ballpark App account (or Ticketmaster) that you used for your PayPal gift order.

Tickets will be sent to that email address on your Ballpark App (or Ticketmaster), 48 hours before game time.
