Event Terms and Conditions

The Yankees reserve the right to change or cancel all or part of any tour at any time.  The NY Yankees announce the tour route and tour stops the day of the tour. Mint Pros does not determine the tour route or stops.  Dates are subject to change prior to tour.

This is a Mint Pros exclusive event. Mint Pros is not affiliated with or act as an agent of the NY Yankees or the Hard Rock Cafe.

If a tour date is cancelled due to a make-up game or special event, all tickets will be refunded and/or rescheduled.

For Player Tours, the current Yankee Player will be announced 5 days before tour date.

All Tours should meet at Gate 6 at least 20 minutes prior to your reserved time slot and check in with our security staff. Gate 6 is located directly outside the Subway on 161st Street and River avenue.
All sales are final after 48 hours of purchase.

We will guarantee at least 2 appearances by the above legends or substitute legends. Each Legend is guaranteed at least 3-6 innings.  Check the Yankees web site for rain dates and cancellation policy.

If a game is rained out before it starts, the Yankee Legends appearance will be rescheduled during the make up game. If a game is rained out while the game is in progress and the Yankee Legend is present, they will not reappear during the make up game.

Tickets for this event will be mailed out 3-4 weeks before the start date or left at the suite entrance gate.   For orders within 1 week of the event date a charge for overnight shipping might apply.

On tour dates that coincide with other hospitality events at Citi Field, certain areas may have limited or no access. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This is a walking tour, so please dress accordingly. All tours are wheelchair and stroller accessible. Wheelchairs are available upon request. Cameras are permitted. Tours will be held in English only. Complimentary parking in Lot G on 126th Street is available to tour patrons

Tickets will available for pick up at Jackie Robinson Rotunda 20 minutes prior to the tour start time. Photo ID required in the name of the purchaser or approved substitute.

We will guarantee at least 2 legends . Each Legend is guaranteed at least 4-7 innings.

* The San Francisco Giants reserve the right to change or cancel all or part of any tour at any time. Depending on availability the Playing Field and dugout might not be accessible on all tours. The S.F. Giants announce the tour route and tour stops the day of the tour. Mint Pros does not determine the tour route or stops.
